N-able wins multiple prizes to round off 2022 channel success

Remote monitoring and management (RMM) vendor N-able has won three prizes in the wake of its big push for sales growth, especially through channel partners, in 2022.

At the 2022 SDC Awards in London, UK, N-able took home the top prize for Security Vendor of the Year, as well as an award for Backup and Archive Innovation of the Year.

John Pagliuca, chief executive officer at N-able, said in the announcement to press and investors: “As workloads go to the cloud and security threats continue to increase, we take huge pride in helping our MSPs and their customers succeed in their cloud journey, while also helping them stay secure with our purpose-built layered technology.”

Pagliuca added that the award winners were chosen by the public.

“We see this as a reflection of our commitment to deliver the highest levels of partner experience through two of our primary pillars of data protection and security,” he said.

N-able won the backup and archiving gong for its Cove Data Protection backup offering launched in May, which streamlines cloud-first backup, disaster recovery, and archiving for physical and virtual servers, workstations, and Microsoft 365 data via a unified dashboard.

The security prize was given in recognition of N-able’s impact on the security market and value it offers to partners and customers trying to keep ahead of ever-evolving cyber threat.

N-able secure RMM offerings including N-able N-sight RMM aim at supporting partners and protecting customers with scaleable offerings. In 2022, it reported that its partners were able to mitigate more than 14 billion malicious emails, block more than 11.5 million threats, and protect more than 4.4m credentials and 3.8m assets.

It also boasted some 745 automation ‘recipes’ ready for partner use and delivered around 6,700 partner leads via its MSP marketing campaign platform, the vendor said in a Christmas investor roundup.

Workplace culture site Comparably also gave N-able an end-of-year gong for Best CEO of 2022.

Comparably‘s Best CEO designation is awarded to the top 100 highest-rated CEOs from large companies with more than 500 employees, based on anonymous feedback from employees on Comparably.com over the past 12 months.
