N-able expands channel push with accelerated global support

Remote monitoring and management (RMM) specialist N-able is ramping up its support fot the distribution channel worldwide in a bid to increase sales to managed services providers (MSPs) and IT resellers.

Johannes Kamleitner, group vice president of sales at N-able, said that its expanded distribution network would enable it to respond faster to customer requirements, including on-site visits and local market knowledge about changing device support and security standards.

“We have a huge worldwide channel presence, and we want to make sure they are being supported in the best way possible,” he said in the announcement.

As part of the expansion, distributors working with N-able receive enhanced access to sales and marketing resources to support creating and nurturing business growth in local markets as well as training courses tailored to the specific needs of distributors.

Further support focuses on marketing budgets and campaigns.

N-able sales engineers will also help deliver pre-sales consulting across the entire portfolio of products including network management, backup, and security, according to the vendor, which targets IT services providers globally with its RMM, data protection as a service, and security offerings.

The company has also further expanded its distribution landscape, especially across Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East, bringing the total number of N-able distributors to 80, located in some 50 countries and reaching customers through about 6,500 MSPs and resellers.

“The valued partnership we have with our distributors across the globe allows us to better accommodate the specific needs of international markets, ultimately helping MSPs, IT resellers, and their customers achieve their business growth goals,” Kamleitner said.

In the UK, N-able is distributed currently by services provider specialist QBS:MSP, part of QBS Software. Key products includ N-able N-sight RMM, targeting SMEs and services providers seeking to get up and running fast, and N-able N-central RMM, aimed at larger networks.
