N-able leads RMM field across multiple awards programmes

Remote monitoring and management (RMM) provider N-able has taken two more coveted titles for 2023, including a prestigious CRN award for the third year in a row.

John Pagliuca, chief executive officer at N-able, said the CRN recognition comes directly from partner votes, making it even more important to the RMM provider.

“A ‘three-peat’ for the global N-able team,” Pagliuca quipped in the press release, “highlights our dedication in helping our partners succeed through the products we provide.”

Pagliuca said RMM platforms could be seen as the “bread and butter” of managed services providers’ (MSPs’) businesses, which was N-able’s particular focus — with key products including N-able N-sight RMM, N-able N-central RMM, and Cove Data Protection.

“We continue to enhance N-sight and N-central’s capabilities to empower our MSP partners to solve the IT challenges of today while equipping them for the IT challenges of tomorrow,” he said.

CRN’s Annual Report Card (ARC) Awards in North America have been running for 38 years, according to N-able. The IT industry prizes are given out based on an invitation-only survey of some 3000 solution providers by events company The Channel Company, which also publishes trade-news publications such as CRN UK.

Blaine Raddon, chief executive of The Channel Company, said that vendors gain useful input and insight into how they stand with partners as a result of the awards, helping them with their channel strategies.

Sixty-eight vendors in the channel were rated by resellers on product innovation, support, partnership, and managed cloud services and 25 product categories, according to N-able.

The Channel Company also recognised N-able this year on its 2023 MES Midmarket 100 list for midsize enterprise services.

Adam Dennison, VP of Midsize Enterprise Services (MES) at The Channel Company, said the list recognises key vendors that show they’re invested in the growth and development of the mid-market, which comprises around 200,000 businesses in the US and one-third of private-sector GDP.

“The midmarket is a major driver of our economy,” Dennison said.

The announcements follow multiple other awards for the RMM company through 2023, including from users.
