iSpring follows Salesforce integration with Albato no-code automation

Edtech software vendor iSpring Solutions has announced integration of the iSpring Learn learning management system (LMS) with no-code automation from Albato, expanding its ability to add and manage users, departments and groups.

According to iSpring, further developments and new features can be expected with a view to delegating training management capabilities.

“With Albato, iSpring Learn account administrators will be able to integrate with hundreds of apps instantly,” the company said in an online update.

“These integrations allow for data to be shared automatically between iSpring Learn and these apps. This will automatically add users, departments, and groups to iSpring Learn as well as block users or replace groups when necessary.”

The vendor has also improved its module for so-called 360-degree appraisals, with a view to making it easier to review and monitor employee performance effectively for users with business subscriptions.

“You no longer need to create a competency from scratch again, just copy one and adjust it as desired,” the vendor said, adding that feedback can also be more detailed and there will be fewer reminders and notifications to manage.

The news follows a Salesforce integration announced in late April, connecting the cloud relationship management (CRM) application with iSpring Learn LMS, as long as the user has Salesforce Lightning Professional Edition or higher.

According to iSpring, this enables fast synchronisation of employee data as well as the ability manually sync individuals, departments and groups as needed.

“You can also select or add the desired fields for your synchronisation,” the vendor said.

Keep track of customer interactions and sales data and allow your marketing, sales, commerce, service, and IT teams to work as one.”

The Salesforce integration should reduce the chance of errors such as spelling names incorrectly or losing data due to manual transfers, according to iSpring.

The iSpring Learn LMS is a training platform enabling hire onboarding, compliance training, product training, sales training, employee performance appraisal, and partner or customer training.

It complements iSpring Suite, an e-learning authoring toolkit for building courses and training tools such as instructional videos, quizzes and role-play simulations.
