Nine SolarWinds applications top-rated by TrustRadius reviewers for 2022

IT infrastructure and services management specialist SolarWinds has been lauded by customers as a top choice when it comes to corporate software offerings, including categories for network monitoring and performance.

According to the vendor, customers gave it high scores across some 21 categories on the TrustRadius review platform — with nine products top-rated based on user reviews.

Rohini Kasturi, chief product officer at SolarWinds, said that earning ‘top rated’ status from TrustRadius is a testament to the work of SolarWinds teams to combat the difficulty of managing and monitoring increasingly challenging IT environments.

“Digital transformation is accelerating and as a result IT complexity is growing at an unprecedented rate,” Kasturi said.

SolarWinds proffered several example TrustRadius reviews in the announcement, including from Cape Air Network Operations’ Brett Stone.

“Our corporation uses SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor (NPM) to monitor all of our networks/endpoints for outages that may affect connectivity,” Stone wrote on the platform.

“Using NPM, we can easily view uptime graphs, receive alerts, and even SNMP traps or syslogs. In addition to SolarWinds NPM, we also complement it with SolarWinds NTA and NCM where we can view all network traffic and download nightly backups to our configurations.”

According to SolarWinds, TrustRadius awards distinguish products in the industry with the highest support rating, usability rating, and highest rate of reviewer satisfaction.

“Each SolarWinds product is designed to empower technology professionals amid a shift to hybrid IT, as the move to the cloud has increased IT complexity for organisations of all sizes,” the company said.
