BrowserStack adds Moto G7 Play, Edge 80 and 81 Dev support

Web test software provider BrowserStack has expanded the range of systems and devices it can support – with the latest updates being for Motorola’s Moto G7 Play, Microsoft Edge 80 and Edge 81 Dev (for the appropriate versions of Chromium).

“Motorola has a strong presence in the Latin American markets and it is critical to test on Motorola devices if you have traffic from this region,” BrowserStack points out. “Edge 80 is the second version of Edge after it was moved to a Chromium engine.”

Microsoft Edge Beta Channel 81 rolled out in January.

According to the Microsoft Edge developer team, Microsoft Edge build 81.0.389.0 on 64-bit Windows 10 promises a performance boost for general performance browsing workloads of around 13% versus Microsoft Edge 79.
