ManageEngine hosts ninth Middle East user conference in Dubai

Privileged session management was all the rage for customers of ManageEngine at its Middle East user conference in the United Arab Emirates in late February.

ManageEngine has been in Dubai promoting access management solutions for a range of IT workflows, launching a new privileged session management product aimed at enterprise-level IT security.

Rajesh Ganesan, vice president of ManageEngine, said ahead of the event: “With comprehensive auditing capabilities, our solution offers complete visibility into all privileged accounts and helps enterprises manage privileged user sessions in real time, preventing any internal/external risks.”

Ganesan gave a keynote a the event alongside ManageEngine president Raj Sabhlok, highlighting ManageEngine’s role in digital transformation and discussing how their product can help businesses unleash their IT’s potential.

Sabhlok meanwhile shared his insights into the difficulties of digital transformation projects, and identified top IT initiatives to tackle the challenges.

ManageEngine organises annual user conferences for its customers in the Middle East to discuss the company’s road map and share knowledge and IT best practices.

Customers got to meet the people behind the products they use, gain valuable insights that help them use those solutions optimally, and network with their peers and offer feedback, according to Sabhlok.

The two-day conference offered detailed walk-throughs and live demonstrations of all major ManageEngine solutions, including ServiceDesk Plus, OpManager Plus, Applications Manager, Desktop Central, Mobile Device Manager Plus, the company’s AD management suite, Site24x7, and Log360.

Training (including product-associate certification) and one-on-one sessions with domain experts were also on offer.
