N-able adds to awards array for remote monitoring and management

Remote monitoring and management (RMM) company N-able has collected five more awards, adding to many recognitions for its business focus and scaleable managed services offerings.

N-able has won four Stevies at the American Business Awards, and for the second year in a row been awarded a nod from workplace culture and corporate brand reputation platform Comparably for the opportunities it offers staff for career progression.

John Pagliuca, chief executive officer at N-able, said that empowering partners, employees and communities were “guiding principles” for the RMM vendor.

“Our team dedication and hard work is reflected in these impressive results, and further underscores our commitment to excellence in delivering the highest levels of partner experience through our people, products, and services,” Pagliuca said in a related announcement.

At the American Business Awards, N-able achieved recognitions for technology executive of the year, product innovation, human resources, and community engagement, according to the vendor.

N-able chief information officer (CIO) Joel Kemmerer took a Bronze trophy home in the technology executive category for his leadership in building a technology ecosystem to support N-able’s public listing.

Meanwhile, N-able’s Cove Data Protection offering was recognised as an innovative product, taking a Bronze Stevie for achievement, with two other Stevies at the event also awarded to N-able for its HR “commitment to diversity, equality and belonging” and its “community of interest” group focused on women, the vendor said.

According to N-able, the Comparably recognition focused on “multiple elements”, including “meaningful” career advancement, mentorship, “challenging work”, and frequency of “valuable feedback”, based on anonymous employee feedback via Comparably.com in the previous 12 months.

N-able has also this year won Comparably’s Best Global Workplace Culture gong, it added in the related announcement.

Kathleen Pai, chief people officer at N-able, said: “We strive to create an environment where N-ablites can truly build their careers, not just have a job.”

N-able solutions for resellers and MSPs include N-able N-sight RMM for emerging and growing companies and N-able N-Central RMM for larger companies.
