JFrog leaps forward with tech partner integration programme

Developer software company JFrog has updated its technology partner programme, looking to give its integration partners a bigger boost via commitment to devops.

Kris Tsao, writing for JFrog, said that opportunities for technology integration with its devops platform had multiplied due to customer demand and its collaboration-focused partners, from AWS to Docker, Maven, OpenShift, Git and more.

“To help partners integrate their products with the JFrog platform, JFrog will offer them technical training, cloud instances, APIs and developer support. This will yield joint solutions whose technology benefits and advances differentiate them from competing options in the market,” Tsao said.

According to Tsao, the programme will include the usual product training, education, marketing resources, sales support and technical assistance but will have a “special focus” on helping partners thrive in the extremely competitive and dynamic devops market via integration with the JFrog DevOps Platform.

Customers would be able to benefit from greater technology flexibility and choice, which could help them expand their devops initiatives around applications and digital services. Also, it is hoped that the programme will help more development projects transition to production, Tsao suggested.

JFrog integration partners, from providers of open source tools to vendors of enterprise applications, would be able to participate via a portal that incorporated access not only to tech integration efforts but customer engagement, business initiatives, training requests, documentation and joint marketing promotions.

Tuesday 29 June at 1030 PST will see JFrog hosting a devops-focused webinar, “From Git to Kubernetes: Cloud Native DevOps”. Register here.
