Intelligent agreement management (IAM) vendor Docusign reports strong Q2 sales of its IAM, eSignature and contract lifecycle management (CLM) software.
Docusign chief executive Allan Thygesen said Q2 built on its previous quarterly financial results.
“Q2 was an outstanding quarter. AI innovation launches and recent go-to-market changes led to strong performance across the eSignature, CLM, and IAM businesses,” he said.
In its second fiscal quarter of 2026, ended 31 July 2025, revenues rose 9% year on year to $801 million. In addition, $784m of that was from subscriptions.
Accordingly, the Q2 business results represented “one of Docusign’s highest growth and profitability quarters in recent years”, Thygesen added.
Total billings hit $818m, which was 13% up year-over-year.
Comparatively, Docusign earned 13% less from professional services and other revenues, which shrank to $16m in Q2.
But Docusign highlighted its IAM platform’s evolving AI capabilities in driving future sales. Further IAM implementations would help more customers “unlock value” in and across agreements, contracts and documents.
Intelligent agreement management advances
For example, the vendor believes that teams using its IAM platform can make and manage agreements and documents more easily, using its templates and relevant fields.
Also, Docusign can be used with the Clear biometric identity network to verify user identification (ID).
Meanwhile, customers can also capture agreement information pertaining to specific organisations using Docusign Navigator custom extractions.
And its System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) for Docusign enables automated provisioning and user management via Okta and Microsoft Entra integrations.
Docusign reported Q1 revenues, including subscriptions, up 8% year over year to $764m, part-fuelled by Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) sales and go-to-market initiatives.
Consequently, the company expected revenues to rise about 7% year-on-year in its Q3 ending 31 October 2025. Read more about Docusign’s financial results and latest releases here.
