You can now buy workflow productivity tools Nitro PDF Editor or eSign bundled with Canva’s AI-enhanced design offering.
As a result of a new partnership, the vendors will drive sales of Nitro and Canva together through their channels.
Nitro chief executive Cormac Whelan said the vendors want to encourage organisations to move from “inflexible, overpriced legacy systems”.
“Together with Canva, we’re providing businesses with a compelling alternative,” he said.
Consequently, the partners would combine Canva’s design platform with Nitro’s enterprise-grade solutions. Also, discounts would be on offer.
While newer tools could improve creativity and productivity, businesses had been “locked in” to incumbent software, Whelan suggested.
In addition, Canva chief customer officer Rob Giglio said the partner technologies offered improved functionality and user experience (UX) to businesses.
AI-powered PDF Editor further accelerates workflows
Canva promotes itself as an all-in-one visual communication platform. It’s known for its online and genAI design tools. Meanwhile, Nitro solutions include PDF Editor and eSign for smarter digital document management.
As a result, organisations might more easily streamline their document and design processes, especially if creating, sharing, and managing documents across multiple departments.
Canva-Nitro bundles are expected to integrate design, PDF and eSignature tools. In addition, the vendors said users can protect all their designs and documents with included security and compliance features.
According to Canva, data based marketing through visuals and graphics can lift prospect engagement. And achieving this can be easier with AI-enhanced tools.
At the same time, AI tools can facilitate workflow changes that improve team collaboration and help organisations measure results.
“With the right strategy, AI can unlock both scale and creativity, without slowing things down or diluting your brand,” the vendor said.
For example, marketers might use AI to generate a meeting-based strategy document much faster. Canva offers more AI “hacks” for marketers here.
