Intelligent agreement management (IAM) company Docusign has announced a new channel programme in a bid to further grow strong year-end revenues.
Docusign CEO Allan Thygesen said its fiscal 2025 had been a “transformative” year for the company.
“We launched Docusign IAM, our AI-powered agreement management platform, which is driving rapid traction with customers,” he said. “In Q4, our business generated strong revenue growth and profitability.”
For example, Docusign achieved an 8% jump in total revenues, to $2.98 billion (£2.2bn), for the year. The vendor’s Q4 2025 revenue rose 9% year-over-year to $776.3 million (£583.5m).
In addition, Q4 subscription revenue increased to $757.8m. Docusign’s professional services and other category expanded 11% to $18.5 million. Billings reached $923.2m in the quarter.
2024 saw Docusign roll out its Docusign IAM platform worldwide, which the company said has delivered “immediate” document management improvements to customer organisations.
IAM is an “AI-powered platform that underpins all Docusign solutions and transforms how organisations create, commit to, and manage agreements”, according to the vendor.
Subsequently, the vendor announced a new channel programme in a bid to accelerate partner-driven sales. The new programme incorporates redesigned specialisations and tracks.
Bronwyn Hastings, Docusign’s group vice president for partner development and alliances, said the move meant partners could “play a bigger role in the customer journey”.
“Partners are vital to capturing this massive IAM opportunity,” Hastings said.
Partner programme to drive intelligent agreement management
In addition, tailored tracks and advanced go-to-market support would help partners capitalise on IAM related opportunities. Partners would act as trusted advisors, technical experts, and business growth accelerators for customers.
The vendors said that businesses increasingly focus on capabilities that partners can offer, such as technical expertise, deployment experience, and help driving measurable business outcomes.
Therefore the new programme emphasised “proficiency and experience”. New specialisations include IAM Core, IAM for Sales, IAM for CX, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) across Build, Sell and Service tracks.
“Partners can also access comprehensive IAM training through Docusign University with new IAM accreditations and certifications,” the vendor said.
Docusign 16 April announced new IAM capabilities. Key features include increased abilities around simplifying integrated document and workflow creation, as well as using AI to derive data-based insights from agreements.
In addition, Docusign will roll out further AI enhancements, including an AI agent for contracts, this year.
According to Docusign, Deloitte research found that high-performing organisations often note agreement management as vital to their success.
